A last-mile delivery network's drivers were juggling a separate GPS app, a paper delivery log, and phone calls to dispatch. We built one mobile app that gives drivers turn-by-turn routes, proof-of-delivery capture, and two-way updates with dispatch, built to work reliably even on patchy rural connections.
